Politique de Remboursement

GoMyCode students have the right to cancel their course up to 10 calendar days after the session start date and only after sending an email to their Education Consultant or Hackerspace Manager or to hello@gomycode.com explaining the reason for the refund within this time range. The day of the first session counts as the first day of the 10 calendar days. The student will receive 80% refund of their payments made if the cancellation is requested by email and before the 10th day after the session starts (email sending date will be used). Refunds that don’t respect this policy won’t be provided. The refund will be processed by bank transfer within 30 days after the cancellation request. Refunds are only paid by bank transfer. Students who pay for their training month by month in some countries are not eligible for a refund.

GoMyCode students have the right to defer their course up to 10 calendar days after the first session. The day of the first session counts as the first day of the 10 calendar days.

However, a processing fee equivalent to 5% of the course price will be applied for the deferral. 

The student must select the return date when asking for the deferral. The maximum allowed deferral is three (3) months from deferral request.

If the request for deferral occurs after the first 10 days of the session, the suspension may be granted on the sole condition that the tuition is paid in full. The student will then have 3 months from the date of payment to resume their training. After these three months, if the student has not re-enrolled in a cohort, their situation will be considered as abandonment and the student will have to repay for a complete training.

Politique de Transfert

GoMyCode students can ask to transfer to a different course up to 10 calendar days after the first session. The day of the first session counts as the first day of the 10 calendar days.

However, a processing fee equivalent to 5% of the course price will be applied to transfer to a different course and the student will pay only the price of the new course without applying any discount or instalment.

Holidays and Instructor Absence

Training sessions happening during public holidays are not replaced but we will always do our best to make sure that all of our students graduate from GOMYCODE.

Bootcamp instructors can take days off and sessions happening during instructor leave are replaced on friday.

Student Absence

Training sessions are not replaced for absent students but we will always do our best to make sure all our students graduate from GOMYCODE.

Certifications

Certification vouchers are provided only after the completion of all the payments. The training cost is not refunded if the student doesn’t succeed in the certification but additional training hours (between 2 and 4 hours) will be provided for students who don’t succeed in the certification.

Installment Payment Delay

In case of an installment payment delay of more than 3 days, the student will lose access to the online platform and to the hackerspace. The student will get back access only after payment of the installment. Missed sessions due to the access cutoff won’t be replaced.
